		<description>In terms of knowing your expenses, if you don&#039;t know, it makes sense to record all your expenses for at least one month and you will get a nice reality check.
I did that and was shocked to notice that I was barely coming on top.

Budgeting should be something you breath all the time, it should never leave you.</description>

		<description>Budgeting isn&#039;t bad, you just have to sit down and plan what works best for you.  Everyone is different and budgeting doesn&#039;t mean you can&#039;t do stuff or bend. Just have to allocate it properly.</description>

		<description>My wife and I actually put our monthly savings goal and investments in our fixed category. We make it a priority to save and invest for retirement, and if there is a monthly surplus, allocate it towards an extra debt payment or put it in our savings.

Good post for Financial Literacy Month.
