I want to start off by telling you guys that I have some good news and some bad news. I’ll start off with the bad news: Next Monday (June 8) I will be leaving the country for 18 days to attend a wedding and visit family in Europe. The good news is that I will spend the next week writing articles like a lunatic so that you guys will have something to read when I’m away. I will also have someone run this blog for me to ensure that everything is running smoothly. My laptop will be with me on this vacation but unfortunately I will only be able to access the internet when I’m in a major city. Anyways I will keep everyone update on my Twitter account and now it’s time for my favorite articles of the week:
Moolanomy put together a very solid list of 1,001 money saving tips and ideas. All I want to add is that the blog looks amazing these days after all of the work Pinyo has done to the theme layout.
Baker of Man Vs. Debt has been working just as hard as me if not harder to get his new blog off the ground. Instead of linking to one of his posts I figured I would give his blog a quick plug.
MyLifeROI (the guy that helped me get a link at The Simple Dollar) provides us with 11 tips to get ready for a road trip. Unfortunately, my trip will involve 4 hours of driving after an 8 hour flight, so no I definitely do not regret purchasing an iPhone.
Carnivals:
A special thanks to: Karen Datko of MSN Money Smart Spending Blog for linking to Studenomics and sharing my thoughts on the benefits and setbacks of Community College.
