Have some fun on the weekends.

How about going hiking, biking, or any outdoor activities, it is a lot more cheaper, or even free compared to going somewhere and spending money.

Mind you the great feel of fresh air.
Have we lost touch with nature?

@Nate You said it.

@Pat Oh man that's the only problem with a power nap. There have been times where I want to just rest my eyes for 30 minutes and next thing I know 4 hours have gone by.

@Wilhelm It definitely helps to have someone listen when we have a million things to complain about.

Having good friends helps, as you've always got someone to complain to. Having a good whinge is one of my favourite ways of forgetting about work! Especially when two of you try to out-whinge each other... :P

Power naps are my favorite. It sounds funny, but you can get more work done with 30-60 minutes of sleep, instead of working straight through those minutes if you're already burned out.

My trainer actually told me 90 minutes was optimal and gave me some medical jargon, but to me, that's a bit too long.

Make sure you set your alarm though! Sometimes I want to take a powernap, and I really just end up taking a 4 hour nap. Hehe.
